The terms governing your access to and use of iconnet.co.th.

Last updated: 22 June 2026

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the iconnet website at iconnet.co.th and the information, materials and services made available through it. By using the site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

01 · Agreement to terms

These Terms form a binding agreement between you (or the organisation you represent) and The iCon Network Co., Ltd (“iconnet”, “we”, “us”). If you accept these Terms on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to do so.

02 · Definitions

  • Site — the website at iconnet.co.th and its sub-pages and content.
  • Content — text, graphics, logos, documents, datasheets and other materials we make available on the Site.
  • Partner products — third-party hardware, software and services that iconnet distributes or resells.

03 · Use of the website

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable right to access and use the Site for your own internal business or informational purposes, subject to these Terms. You must not use the Site in any way that is unlawful, or that could damage, disable or impair it.

04 · Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Violate any applicable law or regulation.
  • Probe, scan or test the vulnerability of the Site, or breach its security or authentication measures, without our prior written permission.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Site, its servers or networks, including via excessive automated requests.
  • Upload or transmit malware, or submit false, misleading or unlawful content through our forms.
  • Scrape, harvest or copy Content except as permitted by these Terms or applicable law.

05 · Intellectual property

The Site and its Content, including the iconnet name, logo and design, are owned by iconnet or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute or create derivative works from the Content without our prior written consent.

06 · Third-party products & trademarks

iconnet is an authorised distributor of products from a range of technology partners. All partner names, logos and trademarks shown on the Site are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification and reference only. Their appearance does not imply endorsement beyond iconnet's distribution relationship. Partner products are governed by the licence and service terms of the relevant partner.

07 · Submissions & enquiries

When you submit an enquiry, demo, quote or deal-registration form, you confirm the information is accurate and that you are entitled to provide it. We handle the personal data in those forms in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

The Site may link to third-party websites, including partner sites. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, products or privacy practices. Accessing them is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

09 · Disclaimers

The Site and its Content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure, or that information on it is complete or current.

10 · Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, iconnet and its directors, employees and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Site. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

11 · Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold iconnet harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities and expenses arising out of your misuse of the Site or your breach of these Terms or of any applicable law.

12 · Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, without notice, if you breach these Terms or if we discontinue the Site. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, liability and governing law — will continue to apply.

13 · Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. The courts of Thailand will have jurisdiction over any dispute, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have in your country of residence.

14 · Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted, and we will update the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the revised Terms.
