Axigen operates as a self-hosted messaging hub. Users connect via WebMail, mobile, IMAP/CalDAV/CardDAV desktop clients, or REST API; administrators manage it through a browser-based WebAdmin or CLI. All email flows through Axigen's own SMTP engine — secured, filtered, and logged — and it integrates natively with LDAP/AD, OAuth 2.0/OIDC SSO, and Bitdefender-powered AntiMalware/AntiSpam.
